PURPOSE: A portable terminal transformable into the form of a bracelet is provided to be transformable into various forms such as a bar shape or a bracelet shape. CONSTITUTION: The gap between a first flexible body(111) and a second flexible body(112) gets broader or narrower in a bracelet shape by hinge modules(140). The hinge modules are installed between a first link body(131) and a second link body(132) on both ends of the first and second flexible bodies. The hinge modules rotate the first and second link bodies each other. A battery(120) supplies power to a flexible display(113).
