ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP

PURPOSE: An electric vacuum pump is provided to minimize noise by passing the high pressure air through a filter member comprised in the mid-portion of a noise-suppressing member. CONSTITUTION: An electric vacuum pump is composed of a pump unit(20), a motor unit(10) and a chamber unit(30). The chamber unit is installed below the pump unit. The chamber unit has room for storing exhausted air from the pump unit. The chamber unit comprises a cap(31) and a noise-suppressing member(32). The cap covers the exterior of the pump unit and forms the space temporarily storing high pressure air exhausted from the pump unit. The noise-suppressing member is coupled with the lower portion of the pump unit.
