The switchgear has a housing that is provided in connecting terminals. A contact rod is provided with switch mechanism operating component that is transited to release position from static position. A switching mechanism is provided between rest position and releasing position of rod. A rotor is rotatably supported in interior region of stator. A limiting spring is used to adjust trip delay time of electromagnetic damping element, so that the rotor is used as locating component in inner cavity of stator and accessory.
