PURPOSE: A cooling device for an analyzing device having a spectrometer is provided to supply unalive gas to a spectrometer and to operate the spectrometer while the spectrometer maintains a low temperature state. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device(100) for an analyzing device having a spectrometer(200) comprises a coolant discharge line(191), a coolant receiving line(195), a cooling unit(110), an unalive gas supplying unit(430), a timer(140), an input unit, and a controller(130). Coolant cooling the spectrometer is circulated in the coolant discharge line and coolant receiving line. The cooling unit supplies the unalive gas to the spectrometer. The timer is connected to the controller. A supplying time for the unalive gas supplied to the spectrometer is set in advance in the timer. The input unit is connected to the controller and inputs a time setting to the timer.
