METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF PRESSING PROCESS OF HUSKS AND SEEDS OF GRAPE

A method for automatic control of grape pulp pressing process includes pomace humidity measurement and change of hydraulic-pressure regulator settings proportionally to the result of this measurement. The speed of screw for feeding pulp into press is regulated proportionally to the result of measurement of a press motor load current. The load current controller signal is measured, and settings of the pomace humidity regulator are corrected proportionally to the result of this measurement. The control signal of pomace humidity is measured, and settings of the press motor load current controller are corrected proportionally to this measurement.
