PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the extract of Galla Rhois, leather dyeing method using the same and a leather product using the same are provided to increase solubility of extract of Galla Rhois natural dye. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the extract of Galla Rhois comprises the following steps: extracting Galla Rhois as purified water; filtering the liquid extracts; refrigerating the filtered liquid; re-filtering the refrigerated extracts; and adjusting pH of the filtrate. The manufacturing method of the extract of Galla Rhois additionally includes the following steps: concentrating the adjusted liquid; drying the concentrates; and shattering the dried material into pieces.
