PURPOSE: A multi-component semiconductor luminescent nanoparticle and a phosphor for white led which includes the same are provided to implement various light emitting regions and being harmless for human body and environment. CONSTITUTION: A multi-component semiconductor luminescent nanoparticle is composed of semiconductors having three phases or greater. The nano particle has a core-shell structure and includes three or more core materials selected from elements of VIII family, IB family, IIB family, III family, VI family and a shell material selected from ZnS, ZnO, ZnSe and ZnTe formed on the core material. The nanoparticle is formed by being capped with one selected from polymethylmethacrylate, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate and silica.
