PURPOSE: A liquid crystal polyester-containing liquid composition is provided to remarkably reduce surface unevenness even when a film manufacturing is processed at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal polyester-containing liquid composition comprises liquid crystalline polyester, organic solvent and leveling agent. 0.001-2.0 mass unit of the smoothing agent is included based on 100.0 total mass unit of organic solvent and liquid crystalline polyester. The smoothing agent is one or more selected from a group consisting of polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane reformed with polyether, polymer reformed with fluorine, and polydimethylsiloxane reformed with polyester. A manufacturing method of the resin film comprises the following steps: applying the liquid crystalline polyester - containing liquid composition to a supporter; and eliminating the solvent from the liquid crystalline polyester - containing liquid composition at 50 deg. Celsius or greater.
