PURPOSE: A location information correcting device, a method thereof, a program thereof, and a touch sensor thereof are provided to accurately correct a detected touch location. CONSTITUTION: A location information obtaining unit obtains location information about a location of a manipulation object. The location of the manipulation object is detected by a location detecting unit. A capacitance value obtaining unit(101) obtains capacitance values of a first electrode or a second electrode. A location information correcting unit(103) corrects the location information. A speed calculating unit calculates moving speed of the manipulation object based on the corrected location information.
