PURPOSE: An operating system of an electric motor sofa and an assembling method thereof are provided to embody a comfort sofa, and to be utilized as a single bed. CONSTITUTION: An operating system of an electric motor sofa comprises a control box, a motor(10), a deceleration gear box(20), a shaft(30), a bracket built-in bearing(31), gears(32a,32b), male screw shafts, female screw bodies, and a cylinder(36). The control box receives electricity from outside, and supplies electricity to motor. The motor receives electricity from the control box, and generates driving powder. The deceleration gear box is covered by a protection box raising torque. The shaft is fixed by a gear(22), and a key(23). The bracket built-in bearing fixes the shaft, and facilitate rotation. The gear transfers rotary power of a motor to side to side by combining with both sides of the shaft through a coupling bolt. The male screw shaft combines with the gear and the coupling bolt. The male screw shaft penetrates through the bracket built-in bearing. The male screw shaft comprises a male screw mount receiving torque of the motor and rotating.
