The invention relates to a flow adjustment valve (1) comprising a valve box (2) having a flow channel (3) in which a throttle unit (4, 11) having an adjustable throttle element (11) and a shut-off unit having a shut-off element (4) which obturates the flow channel (3) in a closed position are arranged, the shut-off element (4) being actuatable from outside by means of an actuator (16).
