DC OFFSET TRACKING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A DC offset tracking circuit is provided to broaden a dynamic range of an amplifier circuit by providing a feedback signal to a non-inverting input of a second amplifier. CONSTITUTION: First and second amplifiers(105,110) respectively include an inverting input and a non-inverting input and output. A transconductance amplifier(155) is combined between the output of the first and second amplifiers and the non-inverting input of the second amplifier. The non-inverting input of the first amplifier receives a single-ended input signal. The output of the first and second amplifiers provides a differential output signal. A feedback loop receives the output from the first and second amplifiers. The feedback loop provides a feedback signal to the non-inverting input of the second amplifier.
