PURPOSE: A two-way broadcast application operating apparatus and method thereof are provided to offer various applications to subscribers by enabling an internet television and digital cable broadcast service providing company to operate a two-way application. CONSTITUTION: A two-way broadcast application operating apparatus includes an acquisition module(101), a determination module(102), and a transmission module(103). The acquisition module obtains a two-way broadcast application. The determination module determines the operating time zone of the two-way broadcast application. The transmission module transmits the two-way broadcast application to an STB(Set Top Box) for receiving the two-way broadcast application.
