TOUCH PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to remove a bezel for covering a wiring electrode, thereby securing both a size of a screen and the design diversity without a restriction of the bezel. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is defined as an effective area and a dummy area. Transparent electrodes(20b) are generated in the effective area. Wirings(30b) are formed in the dummy area and connected to the transparent electrode. The transparent electrode and the wiring are formed on the same layer with the same substance. The dummy area includes a edge dummy layer(40a). The edge dummy layer is formed on the wiring. An insulating layer covers both the transparent electrode and the wiring. The edge dummy layer is included in the edge of the insulating layer.
