PURPOSE: An underwater banner posting apparatus is provided to easily transfer advertisement messages in underwater and to redeploy a banner by using buoyancy of a floating body. CONSTITUTION: A housing(100) comprises an internal space. A banner discharge hole(110) is formed at one side of the housing. The housing comprises a first housing(130) and a second housing(140). The second housing is formed which can be hingely rotated from the first housing. The second housing opens or closes the internal space of the housing. A banner winding rod is supported within the housing which can be rotated. A banner is wound around the banner winding rod. The housing includes an unwinding preventing unit(160) and prevents the banner to be unwounded. One end of the banner is connected with the banner winding rod and the other end of the banner is connected with a floating body(300). |
