FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chelated mercury complexes with cysteine of formula C6H13O4N2S2HgCl or methionine of formula C10H21O4N2S2HgCl which show anticancer, antiviral, antiparasitic and immunomodulating action. The invention also concerns a method for preparing the complexes specified above which involves conducting a reaction of mercury dichloride and an aqueous solution of cysteine or methionine, keeping the mixture at temperature 35-40C for 60-90 min, cooling the reaction mixture to 18-20C and setting at this temperature for one day. The invention also refers to a drug preparation that is an apoptosis modulator of showing anticancer, antiviral, immunomodulating and antiparasitic action which contains the chelated mercury complex with cysteine or methionine 0.38-0.52 wt % and distilled water. ^ EFFECT: invention provides preparing the new chelated mercury complexes showing anticancer, antiviral, antiparasitic and immunomodulating action, and also the simplified method for preparing them at lower temperatures. ^ 6 cl, 8 tbl, 8 ex |
