APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING BLOOD FLOW

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring blood flow is provided to measure accurate blood flow regardless of contact force by drawing compensated blood flow to reflect error of blood flow due to contact force. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(10) includes a blood flow sensor(12) and a power sensor(14). The blood flow sensor senses blood flow by touching a measuring area. The power sensor senses contact power between the blood flow sensor and the measuring area. A signal processor draws compensated blood flow to reflect error of blood flow due to contact force. A storage(30) stores various data from the sensor and the signal processor. A display(40) displays various signals from the signal processor.
