PURPOSE: An acrylic binder resin comprises affinity with pigment and solvent, exposure, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, strength, hardness, etc. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic binder resin comprises a repeating unit selected from repeating units in chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, p is 60-90 mol% and q is 10-40 mol%(p+q=100 mol%), and r is 30-60 mol%, s is 30-60 mol% and t is 10-40 mol%(r+s+t=100mol%). The average molecular weight of the binder resin is 1,000-50,000, and acid value is 0-150. The curable ink for a color filter comprises the binder resin.
