The device has a tank (1) containing sanitary products. An adjusting screw (3) is operated by an indexed button (4), where adjustment of volume of the sanitary product is obtained by screwing or unscrewing the screw whose end includes adjustable rod. A stroke regulating and limiting device determines the volume of product into and from a pump body (7) when a piston (8) comes in contact with an outlet valve. A protective cover (16) periodically covers another adjusting screw (14) and a nut (15).
