PURPOSE: An on board working device for refining is provided to protect a worker from the heat, flame, and sparks of an ultra-high temperature refined material because the worker can stay in a safety zone of a boarding unit during refining and gouging work. CONSTITUTION: An on board working device for refining comprises an operating frame(12), a driving unit(10), a guide unit(20), and a boarding unit(30). The driving unit comprises a driving motor(14) which is installed behind the main body frame and provides torque, a shaft rod(16) which is rotated by the driving motor, and a connector(18) which is attached to the operating frame and screwed to the shaft rod. The driving unit linearly reciprocates the operating frame. The guide unit comprises guide rollers(24) which are installed at regular intervals in the lateral direction of the main body frame and guides the operating frame through rolling-contact to the top and bottom of the operating frame. While a worker is in a booth(32) of the boarding unit, the worker can be isolated from external environments and perform work with safety.
