For this purpose local SHF hyperthermia is performed. Endoscope is introduced into stomach cavity, location of neoplasm is determined. After that flexible coaxial line with irradiator on distal (remote) end is introduced into hollow canal of endoscope and irradiator is pressed to pathological focus. After that thermal destruction is performed in pulse mode for not longer than 10 seconds. ^ EFFECT: SHF hyperthermia mode ensures efficient local thermal destruction of neoplasm during short time with low thermal loading without damaging serous gastric membrane and elimination of such complications as hemorrhages and perforations. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex
