<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system and a management server allowing only a client visiting a shop to access only from the shop. <P>SOLUTION: In a bank center 12, a note issue management server 22 assigns and manages reception numbers, and responses to a request source. An one-time password (OTP) management server 24 responds to an inquiry of a request source and assigns an OTP to a client, receives the OTP, sends a piece of response data including the OTP assigned to the request source of the inquiry, arbitrarily specifies a period and manages the effective period of the assigned OTP, receives an invalidation request and invalidates the access to a mobile WEB system, and sends a pair of information of the obtained reception number and the OTP to a reception machine in the operation shop and issues a reception number sheet.
