THERMOELECTRIC MODULE AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thermoelectric module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the damage of a substrate and an electrode by improving cohesive force between the substrate and the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric module comprises a pair of substrates(115, 116), a thermoelectric element, and electrodes(113, 114). The pair of substrates and the electrodes respectively comprises a concaved groove(119). The thermoelectric element is formed at the portion in which the pair of substrates contacts with the electrodes. Thickness and width of each concaved groove formed on the pair of substrates and the electrodes are same. The groove of the electrodes is formed by pressing a separate member. The groove of the substrate is formed by etching the substrate.
