<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical angle measuring device that can measure continuous variations of angles. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanical angle measuring device that measures the mechanical angle of a mechanical element 5 in an apparatus that controls the mechanical angle by so driving a motor 4, which turns the mechanical element, as to cause a detected angle to follow an instructed angle by feeding back the detected angle comprises: a sensor 1 that measures at least one of the position, acceleration and angular velocity of the turning mechanical element; and a mechanical angle calculator 10 that calculates a mechanical angle from the detected angle and the result of measurement by the sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
