BRAZING METHOD AND BRAZED STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent members to be welded of an HV inverter cooler from deforming due to laser welding, thereby improving brazing qualities.

SOLUTION: A case and a top panel constitute the HV inverter cooler. A method for brazing the case and the top panel includes: steps (1) and (2) of arranging the top panel through a brazing filler layer on the case; a step (3) of temporarily fixing the top plate 4 on the case by laser welding while limiting the depth of the laser welding within the range of the thickness of the brazing filler layer; and a step (4) of brazing the top plate on the case after the temporal fixing by heating and melting the brazing filler layer. Then the depth of the laser welding is controlled by adjusting at least one of the pulse number of the laser and the output thereof.
