<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus capable of easily detecting an accumulated part of a radioactive isotope by appropriately processing an image of a low count number. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device of a radiation imaging apparatus performs a smoothing process to an image acquired by counting the number of incident gamma rays, using a weighted filter (a step S102). The image processing device suppresses pixel values equal to or less than a threshold in the image after smoothing (a step S103). Further, the image processing device, by applying a weighted smoothing filter again to the image subjected to a threshold process, expands the pixels on an accumulated part (a step S104), thereby facilitating the detection of the accumulated part of the radioactive isotope. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
