<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is excellent in low-temperature discharge characteristics, large current discharge characteristics, high-temperature preservation characteristics, and cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte is used for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a negative electrode and a positive electrode which can store and release metallic ions, and the nonaqueous electrolyte. The nonaqueous electrolyte includes an electrolyte and a nonaqueous solvent, and includes at least one kind selected from a group consisting of compounds wherein at least one of hydrogen atoms of phosphoric acid, phosphorous acid, boric acid, sulfuric acid, and dicarboxylic acid is replaced by a group represented by general formula (1), and further includes monofluorophosphoric acid salt and/or difluorophosphoric acid salt. In the general formula (1), M is a Si atom, a Ge atom, a Sn atom, or a carbon atom. R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>3</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group which may have a halogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
