<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver for receiving digital broadcasting which, when power is supplied, outputs the program of a channel based on user's viewing history, thereby reducing operation for selecting a program and switching a channel. <P>SOLUTION: The receiver comprises: reception means which receives a broadcast program; viewing history storage means which stores viewing history information on the broadcast program; and channel selection means which selects one of the channels of programs outputted when power is supplied, on the basis of the viewing history information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
