The invention relates to a method for converting into fuel gases or raw synthesis gases combustible dust that consists of coal and fuels produced from biomass or organic waste by means of hydrothermal carbonisation. According to the invention, the conversion is brought about by means of gasification in a flame reaction below the softening temperature of the fuel ash, which is ensured by the supplying of the gasification agent and the controlling of the proportion of endothermic reactions of the combustible dust with steam and/or carbon dioxide, as well as by the division of the gasification agent mixture into at least two partial flows, one partial flow being used to transport pneumatically the combustible dust and the other partial flows being used to transport the steam and/or carbon dioxide into the combustion chamber. The invention also comprises the devices necessary for this method. The invention avoids the fusing of the fuel ash which is conventional in the prior art and avoids the cooling of the gas by quenching, yet increases the efficiency of the gasification process and allows the soil nutrients contained in the fuel ash to be used. |
