<p>A band shaped support body is driven by a drive roller. The support body is supported by a plurality of the back surface supporting rollers and is transported in a fixed direction. An application solution that is for forming a carbon dioxide separation membrane, that contains a hydrophilic polymer, a carbon dioxide carrier, a gelating agent, and water, that gelates within 120 seconds when kept at 12°C in a solution film thickness of 1 mm or less, and that has the property of the solution not dropping because of gravity, is prepared at 50°C or greater. The application solution is applied onto the support body by an application device. The support body is transported to a cooling unit. The applied film is cooled to 12°C or less and a gel membrane is obtained. Furthermore, the support body is transported to a drying unit. The gel film on the support body is dried by warm air from a warm air device and a halogen heater, and a carbon dioxide separation membrane is obtained.</p> |
