<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of improving the noise resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device has: a power semiconductor module 300 having a power semiconductor element; a control circuit board 20 outputting a control signal for controlling the power semiconductor element; a driver circuit board 22 outputting a driving signal for driving the power semiconductor element; a conductive metal base plate 11 arranged in a space between the driver circuit board 22 and the control circuit board 20, and to which a long and thin opening 113 is formed; a wire 115 connecting the driver circuit board 22 and the control circuit board 20 via the opening 113, and communicating the control signal to the driver circuit board 22; and AC bus bars 802 arranged on an opposite side to the metal base plate 11 on both sides of the driver circuit board 22, and communicating an AC current output from the power semiconductor module 300 to a driving motor. At least an opposed part to the opening 113 of the AC bus bar 802 extends in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the long and thin opening 113. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
