A display apparatus, comprising a front panel and a rear panel; a plurality of first brackets adhered to the rear panel by an adhesive; at least one second bracket provided adjacent to the plurality of the first brackets, and the second bracket having a first ledge and a second ledge extending in the second direction and the first ledge being provided over the second protrusion of the first bracket; at least one connection bracket having a side wall extending in a third direction and a portion extending from the side wall in the second direction to be parallel and adjacent to the second protrusion of the first bracket, and the first, second and third directions being perpendicular to each other; a frame in contact with the second bracket; and a light source having at least an optical sheet, a light guide and a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), the light source being provided between the frame and the second bracket.
