<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the total length of a plunger rod and a length of a gasket in the axial direction while ensuring connection of the plunger rod and the gasket, so as to be easily handled. <P>SOLUTION: A columnar part 22 is provided on an apical surface 21 of the plunger rod 20. A first screw part 23 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the columnar part 22. A cylindrical part 31 into which the columnar part 22 is inserted is provided on the gasket 30. A second screw part 33 screwed with the first screw part 23 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 31.
