<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake which prevents separation of brake shoes without increasing the number of parts of the drum brake. <P>SOLUTION: A cable guide member 60 is integrally provided with a separation prevention projection 60c projected from the cable guide member 60 to another end of a pair of brake shoes 22 and 24 to prevent the brake shoes 22 and 24 from separating from a backing plate 18. A function of preventing separation of the pair of brake shoes 22 and 24 can be added to the cable guide member 60 by only integrally mounting the separation prevention projection 60c, thereby preventing separation of the pair of brake shoes 22 and 24 without increasing the number of parts of the drum brake 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
