<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iontophoresis device with a donor mounted with a drug layer that accurately contacts with the surface of a papilla part. <P>SOLUTION: In the iontophoresis device with a receptor 6 at the peripheral part of the donor 1 through an insulation part, the donor 1 includes: a donor supporting body 2 formed of a drug storage part 2C for holding a formulation at almost a center part, an expanding/contracting part 2B where a concentric fold for vertically moving the drug storage part 2C corresponding to the height of the papilla part is formed at the circumference of the drug storage part 2C, and a skin contacting part 2A; an electrode 3; the drug layer 4; and an adhesive. The receptor 6 has a receptor supporting body 7, an electrode 8, and an electrolyte-containing adhesive.
