A program execution device (10) equipped with: a program loading unit (11) that reads a machine language program containing machine language code and containing access frequency information, which correlates logical address regions accessed in accordance with the machine language code and the frequency with which the logical address regions are accessed; an address conversion table creation unit (12) that creates an address conversion table having entries indicating correspondence relationships between the logical address regions and physical address regions; and a TLB registration unit (14) that registers in a TLB the entries in the address conversion table which store logical address regions that are accessed in accordance with the machine language code. The address conversion table creation unit sets the size of the entries storing logical address regions for which the access frequency is determined to be high on the basis of the access frequency information to a size that is in accordance with the logical address region.
