METHOD AND DEVICE OF CONTROLLING TRANSMISSION PARAMETERS ON RANDOM ACCESS CHANNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the transmission rate for RACH/PRACH is limited in an existing 3GPP system so as to avoid excessive UL interference caused by WTRU when a burst is transmitted at a high rate on the RACH/PRACH, that the WTRU must select a transport format for transmission independently when an RACH access is obtained, and that no method exists for RAN to control the transmission rate of the WTRU dynamically on the RACH/PRACH.

SOLUTION: In the method and device of controlling the transmission parameters, wireless resources are assigned on a random access channel of wireless communication by extending the random access channel.
