<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for taking 3D images which is capable of reducing feeling of strangeness imposed to a viewer by reducing occurrence of positional deviation in a vertical direction between right and left two parallax images caused from shake correction in a roll direction. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a rotation correction part that rotates an imaging element on an axis parallel to an optical axis of a lens unit; and a system control part that, when a lens unit having a single optical system is mounted, activates the rotation correction part responding to the movement of own apparatus in a roll direction, and when a lens unit having two optical systems is mounted, stops the operation of the rotation correction part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
