摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analysis tool enabling a supplied sample fluid to be efficiently transferred to a detecting part, and more particularly, enabling an efficient transfer to the detecting part even when the amount of the sample fluid is small. <P>SOLUTION: A specimen analysis tool of the present invention comprises: a specimen supplying layer for supplying a specimen; a reagent layer containing a labeling binding substance; a developing layer for developing the specimen; a detecting part where a fixing binding substance is fixed; and a supporting body, in which the developing layer, the reagent layer and the specimen supplying layer are laminated on top of the supporting body whilst the reagent layer is disposed in a state of contacting the developing layer in a flow direction of the specimen in the developing layer, and the specimen supplying layer is disposed such that a downstream lateral face of the specimen supplying layer contacts an upstream lateral face of the reagent layer. The developing layer includes the detecting part, and a water absorption amount per unit volume of the specimen supplying layer is equal to or less than 5.4 mL/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>.
