PURPOSE: A synchronization circuit is provided to reduce power consumption by selectively using two loop circuits according to a delay locked time condition. CONSTITUTION: A synchronization circuit includes a delay line(110), a first loop(200), and a second loop(300). The first loop and the second loop share the delay line. The second loop is activated if the number of unit delay cells used in the delay line is a preset number or less by operating the first loop. The first loop and the second loop independently perform a delay locked operation.
