PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and imaging apparatus which can suppress damage to a detection switch.

SOLUTION: A digital camera 100 includes a slide cover 60 having a projection part 63c fixed to a cover part 61, and a resin frame 90 having an engaging plate 95 to be adjacent to the projection part 63c if a knob 64 is positioned at a lower limit position. The projection part 63c and the engaging plate 95 regulate the alienation of a front plate 10 from the resin frame 90 if the knob 64 is positioned at the lower limit position.
