<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector injection hole processing technology capable of efficiently discharging vapor generated by irradiation of a laser beam with respect to an injector body. <P>SOLUTION: In this injector injection hole processing method, inside of a chamber 50 is maintained at predetermined pressure by controlling discharge amount and supply amount, and a flow passage 16 of the injector body 15 is maintained at lower pressure than the predetermined pressure. In this state, irradiation of the laser beam 72 is executed. At the time when an injection hole 18 is penetrated and formed, a gas discharge pipe 48 is closed, so as to stop discharge of gas from the chamber 50. Since the gas discharge pipe 48 is closed at the time when the injection hole 18 is penetrated and formed, vapor flows to a low pressure means side from the moment the injection hole 18 is penetrated, so as to efficiently discharge the vapor generated by irradiation of the laser beam 72 with respect to the injector body 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
