<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of detecting whether or not the amount of a liquid suctioned from a container is normal. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic analyzer comprises: a calibration liquid supply part 63 for supplying a calibration liquid into a container 61; a suction part 65 for suctioning the calibration liquid in the container 61 supplied by the calibration liquid supply part 63; and a detector 64 for detecting a liquid level when the calibration liquid is suctioned by the suction part 65 and the calibration liquid in the container 61 reaches less than the supply amount V1 and calculates the suction amount of the calibration liquid until detected by the detector 64 to determine whether or not the suction part 65 is normal based on the calculated suction amount and the supply amount V1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
