摘要 PURPOSE: An actuator for controlling a turbine valve built in a check valve for a nuclear power plant and a thermoelectric power plant is provided to facilitate discharge of air flowing in the actuator when a hydraulic servo actuator assembles again after maintenance. CONSTITUTION: An actuator for controlling a turbine valve built in a check valve for a nuclear power plant and a thermoelectric power plant comprises a housing(20), a valve spool(30), an elastic member(40), an orifice part(50), a discharge passage(60), and a check valve(10). The housing is installed in a piston head at the bottom of a piston part installed inside a hydraulic cylinder. The valve spool ascends and descends with hydraulic oil. The elastic member is compressed and sealed by the valve spool. The orifice part is communicated with an internal intake hole(31) of the valve spool. The discharge passage is formed in the housing so that communication with the orifice part can be controlled according to ascent or descent of the valve spool. The check valve discharges air with the hydraulic oil to block the discharge passage of the air and the hydraulic oil or serve as an orifice.
