PURPOSE: A ceiling panel installation structure is provided to prevent the deformation of ceiling panel finishing members by increasing coupling force by using a carrying channel and a M-bar. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling panel installation structure comprises a M-bar(10), a carrying channel(20), and a joining clip(30). The M-bar comprises latching grooves(101, 101'), an inclined guide unit(102), and a reinforcement unit(103). The carrying channel is contacted with the upper portion of the M-bar. The joining clip comprises a carrying hanging piece(31) and a M-bar hanging piece(32). The carrying hanging piece comprises an upper panel(311) and a side panel(312). The M-bar hanging piece comprises a M-bar butt piece(321) and a M-bar hook piece(322).
