<p>PURPOSE: A piezoelectric device is provided to place a convex part installed in a lead on a location before an end tip of a first vibration arm in an extension direction of a shorter first support arm not to be overlapped with the piezoelectric oscillation piece. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric oscillation piece(2) has first and second support arms(14,15). A package(3) is used to tightly seal the piezoelectric oscillation piece. A convex part(7a) is projected to the inside of a cavity for receiving the piezoelectric oscillation piece. An opening ceiling hole(22) is formed inside of the cavity and outside the package through the convex part. The first support arm is formed to be shorter than the second support arm. The convex part is located before an end tip in an extension direction of a first support arm not to be overlapped with the piezoelectric oscillation piece on a plane. The convex part is arranged on a region where being overlapped with at least a part of the second support arm in a longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric oscillation piece.</p> |
