PURPOSE: An LED lamp is provided to freely regulate the emitting direction of lights by rotating a ball ring coupled to a ball ring cover. CONSTITUTION: The lower part of a ball ring cover(120) is coupled to a socket(110), a spherical groove(122) is formed in the upper part of the ball ring cover. The upper part of a ball ring(130) is coupled to the lower part of a heat sink(140). A printed circuit board(150) is coupled to the upper part of the heat sink. A lens(160) is coupled to the upper periphery of the heat sink.
