The device has drive unit (11) that has fixing arm (11b), stop arm (11a) and return spring (11f) which resets stop arm from secondary swivel position to primary swivel position. A hinge element (11g) combines the stop arm and fixing arm which is fixed to a fixed leaf (1) and a movable leaf (2). The fixing arm is mounted at the movable leaf such that stop arm is arranged vertical to door axis boundary edge or end face of fixed leaf in primary swivel position, and is parallel to door axis boundary edge or end face of fixed leaf in secondary swivel position.
