PURPOSE: A multi plasma display panel, a multi-plasma display device, a plasma display panel, and a plasma display device are provided to effectively and electrically interlink an electrode and a driving board by forming an extraction electrode formed on the side of the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A rear side substrate is arranged to be opposed to a front side substrate(201). An electrode is arranged between the front side substrate and the rear side substrate. An extraction electrode(10) is arranged on the side of the electrode. A seal portion(400) is arranged between the front side substrate and the rear side substrate in order to bond the front side substrate and the rear side substrate. Roughness of the surface of the extraction electrode is higher than roughness of the surface of the seal portion. The extraction electrode is more projected than the front side substrate and the seal portion to a longitudinal direction of the electrode.
