PURPOSE: A woolen fabric type electrical energy producing element is provided to change mechanical energy into electric energy by including one or more piezoelectric materials, a first electrode, and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is arranged at one side of piezoelectric material(110). A second electrode(130) is arranged at the other side of the piezoelectric material. The first electrode is electrically connected with the second electrode. The piezoelectric material changes mechanical energy into electric energy. A storage circuit stores the electronic energy. The piezoelectric material buckles by external force. A protective layer is formed on the surface of the piezoelectric material. The piezoelectric material comprises a piezoelectric thin film or piezoelectric fiber.
